Borderless Recruitment

We're Hiring for an Ads Agency That Hands You 8 to 12 Clients With an $80k to $100k Base and a $140k OTE

This is for media buyers who are great at running Google and YouTube ads. You've run $30k or more a month on a single account. You're sick and tired of chasing clients yourself. You want to make $140k a year just by running the ads. And you never want to worry about finding clients again. It's full time, from the Toronto office, on Ontario business hours. Apply below to see if you qualify.

What You'll Actually Earn

$80k to $100k Base. $140k OTE.

Base salary is $80,000 to $100,000 a year. Where you land depends on what you've done. On top of that sits a performance bonus. Hit your goals at the top of the range and that's $140,000 a year.

The bonus is a target, not a promise.

How the Year Is Built

Two parts. The base salary, and the bonus. The target is $20,000 to $40,000 a year, paid every quarter. It pays on the gross profit growth of your 8 to 12 clients above baseline. Here's the top of the range with the bonus at the top of target.

A Real Base Salary

$80,000 to $100,000 a year. Your experience sets the number. That's the fixed part of your pay.

A Bonus That Pays on Growth

Target $20,000 to $40,000 a year, paid every quarter. It's driven by your client pod's gross profit growth above baseline.

You Win When Your Clients Stay

Grow your client pod and keep it, and you win too. That's how the agency designed the pay.

This Job Isn't for Everyone

It's for You If

You've run Google Ads for three years or more, with your own hands. You've run YouTube Ads too. You run the account and you talk to the client, and you'd rather not find new ones. You've run $30,000 a month or more on one account, against a target. You can show your numbers to an owner and defend them. You want fewer, bigger clients you treat like your own.

It's Not for You If

You want someone between you and the client. You want the strategy set for you. You'd rather be running Meta than Google Ads and YouTube Ads, every day. You need to keep this part time.

What You'll Own

Eight to Twelve Clients. Not Thirty.

It's a small client pod. Every client is high value. You get 8 to 12 core clients. Their results are yours. So is how they feel about it.

The Client Relationship

You're the only person they talk to. One or two calls a month with each client. That's eight to twenty-four calls a month. On top of the media buying. You tell them what you did, what happened, and what's next.

The Testing Roadmap

You build the testing roadmap. It covers keywords, audiences and creatives. Real tests every month, for every client. You write down what worked so the next account gets it too.

You Say What You Need to Win

The creative comes from the client. The offer and the pages too. Tell them what else the account needs. From there, the strategy is yours.

How the Agency Works

Toronto Office, Ontario Business Hours

You work from the agency's Toronto office, on Ontario business hours. Tell us your city and province in the form.

Finding Clients Is Their Job

They hand you the clients. They count your tests, your calls and your decisions, not just your ROAS.

The Boring Stuff

They do the slow, boring work that makes clients money. They test with discipline, they talk straight, and they keep clients for years.

What You'll Actually Do

What Your Day Looks Like

Your day is the account, not finding the next client. You look at the numbers every day. You move before anyone asks. Campaigns and bidding are yours. So are budgets, audiences and placements.

On the Calls

You set the expectation. You push back, and you do it gracefully. You lead them to the decision that works.

The Written Trail

A short summary every week or two. You write up the wins, the losses and what's next. You keep the builds and the naming clean.
