When you apply through any of our application pages we collect: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, country, your answers to our application questions, any video, CV or documents you choose to send us, our notes from reviewing and interviewing you, and our messages with you.
We use your information to assess your application, to interview you, to put you forward to client companies for roles, and, if you agree to stay in our talent pool, to contact you when a future role fits you. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request towards a placement, and our legitimate interest in running a recruitment business.
Your information is seen by our hiring team and by the client company we put you forward to. It is stored in the systems we use to run our business, such as our CRM and WhatsApp. We never sell your information.
Our client companies are mainly in the United States, and members of our hiring team work outside the UK. Where your information leaves the UK we put safeguards in place through our contracts so it stays protected to UK standards.
We keep your application, video and notes while your application is active. If you join our talent pool we keep them so we can contact you about future roles. You can ask us to delete everything at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing [email protected], and we will.
Our application pages use cookies and similar tools, including the Meta Pixel, to understand how people reach us from our ads and to measure how our pages perform. This may share limited technical data, such as the pages you visited, with Meta Platforms, Inc. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, and the pages will still work.
You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and object to us using it. Just contact us. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
This website is not part of the Facebook or Instagram websites, or Meta Platforms, Inc. It is not endorsed by Facebook, Instagram or Meta in any way. FACEBOOK and INSTAGRAM are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. If you arrived here from an ad on those platforms, your application is made to us, not to them.
Applying through this site is free. We never charge candidates anything, not to apply, not to interview, not to start. If anyone asks you for money using our name, it is a scam. Report it to us.
Our roles are for people aged 18 or over.
Submitting an application, sending a video, or interviewing with us is not an offer of employment and does not guarantee a placement. Hiring decisions are made by our client companies.
Everything you tell us in your application must be true. If it is not, we can remove you from consideration and from our talent pool.
Roles, pay ranges and on-target earnings shown on our application pages describe current client roles and their teams' real averages. They are illustrations of what roles pay, not a promise of what you personally will earn. Each application page describes its own role, and roles open and close as our clients' needs change.
